Tsutenkaku tower century anniversary

SKYTREE is popular in Tokyo.
People are expecting its open. But Osaka people are excited because of Tsutenkaku tower
century anniversary . It is a symbol in Osaka.

The observatory is renovated as below,
The walls are gold and carpets are red, ha ha!







A  strange god lives there, his name is Biriken.
He smiles all the time.

Osaka people believe we get lucky touching his foot.

This observatory tower opens 9:00 to 21:00.
Admission fee is 600yen.
Access is getting off at Shinimamiya station.

Beer garden

This beer garden will be open earlier than the others this year. It's New Hankyu building! It's all you can drink for two hours at its roof top. Though it costs 3300yen, the its view and atmosphere is pretty good, so I'm sure it's worth going to drink there instead of drinking at a bar for a change. It opens on May 8th until September 18th. It's only 1 stop from us, and it's at Umeda station. Time: 5:00-9:00 on weekdays 5:00-8:30 on weekends You can see so many businessmen there for sure. Well, it can be good or bad, because when they are drunk, they become hilarious. Hope you can talk to them and have a fun time there with random Japanese.

Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho

Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho

Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho re-creates the flavors of downtown in Osaka. It imitates a Naniwa gastronomy alley nearby JNR (Japan National Railway) station around 1965 when Osaka was the most flourished and energetic city waiting for Osaka EXPO '70. The theme of this gastronomy alley is "Energetic Osaka."

There are over 20 stores, and you can have not only Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki but also another food!

 

It's second floor of Market place near an aquarium KAIYUKAN.

Entrance is free, open from11am to 8pm!
