The small Sukunahikona shrine (少彦名神社) will be crowded with people coming to celebrate the free distribution of medicines during a plague of cholera in 1822. This shrine is also known as Shrine of the Health and Medicine Gods. Don't forget to buy the little paper tiger, as a charm to protect you from diseases !
