This
festival is held in Spring when the petals of the flower fall,
and
people are relaxing in the good weather.
It is a special ceremony to
prevent the spread of diseases.
You can see Gagaku, Kagura and Bugaku which is traditional folklore-based Japanese music and traditional Japanese Court dances.
